Abstract

The research aims to define the importance of the human resources formation activities in Syrian Company for Glass Industry, and their objective in placing the right person in the right position by displaying their basic elements. These elements are, job analyzing and designing activities, planning, recruiting, choosing and staffing human resources activities. To measure the extent of applying that, 169 questionnaires were distributed to the company workers according to their characteristics. The research reached a very important fact, which is the weakness of human resources formation activities in the company and their elements, and the research failure in achieving its objective. The research recommended the importance of activating all of those elements, which all in all aim to place the right person in the right position.
