The National Union of Syrian Students at the Syrian Private University held its organizational session on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in the presence of the leadership of the Union branch and the members of the administrative bodies.

The organizational session was opened by holding office bodies:

 Organization

Scientific studies and students' issues

Artistic, social and sports activities

Culture, Information and Publishing

Forum and volunteer work

Informatics

The meeting focused on the work mechanism followed by a detailed review of the structure and infrastructure of the university union branch in the university and its functions. Afterwards, a meeting was held at Laique with Wassim Gharz-Alddin, head of the university's union branch at the university in which he called for the necessity of joint and coordinated action and the priority to preserve the experience of the Union branch in the university during the previous period, pointing to the need to transfer the previous experiences to the cadres elected in an optimized manner and prepare them for their tasks and activities expected in accordance with the proposed work plans, stressing that the work of federal and trade union is an honor for the student and an experience to gain basic skills and characterization.

The need to prepare well for the conference of the Union branch to be held on 25 March was also guided by the need for proposals and submissions to be highly responsible.

The session was concluded at 7 pm by answering the questions and queries of the fellows.
