Professor Wael Abdul Mawla Basha passed away this past week. Professor Basha, instructor of basic sciences at the schools of Medicine at Syrian Private University and Damascus University was a kind colleague, a loving father, and a conscientious academician. His departure is a loss to the university community. Condolences to his family, loved ones, and colleagues.
