The Faculty of Pharmacy at the Syrian University, in cooperation with NUSS administrative commission, carried out a scientific trip to the Medico Labs under the supervision of Dr. Rashid Al-Munajjid. The students were received by the laboratory director Dr. Nabil Qaseer and the Director of Human Resources Dr. Hossam Mashntaf who took the students on an extensive visit to Productive lab sections: Sterile pharmaceutical forms of ointments, ointments and mono dose eye drops. Medico is the only laboratory in Syria that has this section.

 In addition, the Department of Suppositions, Capsules, Syrups, Pills and Ointments was visited and the mechanism of work in it from the first stages of production until the final form of products through laboratories and analytical processes and control during manufacturing was identified.

At the conclusion of the trip, the College of Pharmacy thanked the management of the lab for its good reception and hospitality, hoping to repeat this visit.
