Abstract

The objective of the research is to establish thermal and hydrothermal boundary conditions for the stability limits of thermal transfer current in heated pipes, and to find the mathematical equations needed to determine the moment of onset of the disturbance using the engineering parameters of pipes, pressure and flow. A comprehensive study of the results of the experiments conducted by the researcher at the Central Steam and Turbine Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia, was carried out in order to achieve the objective of the research. It included the establishment of curves that demonstrate random disturbance due to the change in the amount of flow over time, The area of disturbance as a change in pressure continued to change the amount of flow, and the marginal conditions were classified into three types covering most circuits of thermal energy production and transfer devices,
One tube, disturbance in a parallel pipe set and disturbance in all parts of the circuit. Consequently, relationships have been established that determine the conditions of disturbance and the stability limits of the three species.
The results of the research can be applied in the technical fields where the transfer or production of thermal energy by streams of fluid flow in heated pipes
