General Information

Description

The "Introduction to Entrepreneurship and Management of Small Enterprises" course focuses on the process of highlighting and linking entrepreneurship concepts and small projects; focusing on small (family) projects as an evolving field for improving skills and production and marketing efficiencies.

It is worth mentioning that leadership plays an important role in the development of project ideas and the ability to implement them, and the creation of successful business projects that take on sustainable and sustainable dimensions and capabilities to become the nucleus of large projects in line with local and international market requirements.

Expectations and Goals

The course aims to:

1. Introducing students to entrepreneurship and small projects, their importance and their role in economic development.

2. To understand the issues raised in the management of the institution by providing readings and tools to analyze and discuss cases of entrepreneurship and management of small enterprises;

3. This is in addition to developing its capabilities in areas that seem critical to the future success of administrators and leaders.

4. These abilities include: communication skills, whether oral or written, working within teams, critical thinking, decision making skills, small project planning and management.
