General Information

Description

This course aims to enable students to acquire the ability to formulate organizational vision and mission and set long-term goals as well as medium and long-term goals to ensure that the institution continues in the environment in which it operates. The course refers to the most important approaches used in building effective strategies for business organizations and defines the dimensions of the expected relationships between them and the surrounding environment. The course covers strategic management and business policies at the corporate level. It relies on comprehensive and integrated treatment of all policies and strategies through an integrated decision-making system.

Expectations and Goals

1. Explain the importance of the decision of the establishment and describe the four main strategic directions of global companies.

2. Understanding how to conduct SWOT analysis, value chain analysis and resource-based resource presentation and how to use it to divide the organization's activities and resources to identify the best resources used to build a competitive advantage

3. Discuss seven different topics for the organization's long-term goals

4. Explain overall strategies for low cost leadership, differentiation, concentration, and major strategies

5. Determine why a corporation chooses a low-cost, discriminatory or speed-based strategy, and explains the nature and value of a market concentration strategy.

6. Understand conservative approaches to strategic analysis and selection in multi-business institutions
