Description

This course begins with the definition of shareholding companies in terms of: their nature and capital, borrowed capital and bonds, financial reports and lists, distribution of profit, liquidation and incorporation into shareholding companies; also includes shareholding companies, their nature, procedures for composition, management and accounting.

Expectations and Goals

1-           Introducing the student to the companies of funds and their types.

2-            The accounting treatment of their composition.

3-           The modification of the capital.

4-           The distribution of profits.

5-           The bond loan, liquidation and merger.
