Learning leadership helps students to take their places in society as a useful, productive, well adjusted individuals. This subject teach students that leaders are not born, but made. It teaches them understand leadership, leadership styles, personality types, how to develop leadership, leading teams and groups, communication skills, problem solving, conducting successful meetings, conflicts resolutions, and motivating others.
