Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the impact of the violation of the psychological contract in the intention to leave the work of faculty members working in private Syrian universities. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire consisting of (13) paragraphs to collect the data. A random sample of the teaching staff In private universities amounted to 127 individuals, and distributed questionnaire forms, and in light of this data were analyzed and tested hypotheses using appropriate statistical tests
