In cooperation with the Syrian Company for Petroleum and Mineral Resources, the Faculty of Petroleum Engineering has organized a training course for a number of students in the laboratories of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and in order to raise the scientific level of its students, This course was held for three days (6 - 8 April 2015) and was nominated to all the students enrolled in each of the following courses: Petroleum Geochemistry, Biochemistry, Properties of rock PVT, modeling and simulation of reservoirs. They numbered 80 students. The faculty members also participated with the concerned in the laboratories of the company in supervising this course.
