Announcement concerning obtaining some documents

To ease the process of obtaining some different documents (recruitment sections, immigration and passports department, to whom it may concern, study status) at soonest, please follow the steps below:

1- Collect the adopted form of the application for getting the requested document from the student affairs department.

2- Fill the form with special attention to mention the academic number, the authority to whom the document will be submitted and to state the reason for applying for it.

3- Pay the university fees before applying for the document and attach a copy of the paying voucher with the application. New students registered in the academic year 2015-2016 have to sign the relevant declaration after paying all due fees.

4- Requested document will be collected from the students’ affairs department after few days of submitting the application.
