The Syrian Private University Company announces its desire to conduct a tender for the construction of a building for the Faculty of Medicine (implementation of the external and internal structure and cladding works) according to the technical, legal and financial book of conditions prepared for this purpose according to the following:

1- The price of the book of conditions is 300,000 SP, and it can be obtained at the headquarters of the Syrian Private University Company.

2- The offers shall be submitted directly to the office of the university company located in the free zone in Damascus, Ramac building, fourth floor, until a date no later than Thursday 9-2-2023.

3- Primary insurance (30,000,000 SP) thirty million pounds only.

4- Engaging period: (45 days) starting from the day following the end date of submitting offers, and the nominated investor remains attached to his offer for a period of (30 days) starting from the day following the notification of the referral decision.
