Within the framework of the joint cooperation between the Syrian Private University and the Human Resources Management Association, a workshop entitled "Customer Service" was organized by coach Mohamed Al-Nahhas on Wednesday 6/4/2016 at the temporary headquarters of the Syrian Private University.

 During the workshop, the trainer introduced the customer, how to identify his needs, customer satisfaction skills, and the steps to convert him from a customer looking for a product and service to a marketing partner.

The workshop was characterized by an interactive approach between the trainer and the trainees and the association of information with examples that helped to clarify and consolidate them in the minds of the audience.
