The Syrian Private University, represented by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sheikh Issa, signed a scientific and academic cooperation agreement with the General Authority of Al Zahrawi Hospital, represented by the Director General, Dr. Haidar Flouh, on Sunday 31/08/2014.

The agreement stipulates that the General Authority of Al Zahrawi Hospital, through a group of trainers and advisors and in cooperation with faculty members of the Faculty of Medicine at the Syrian Private University, will train the students of this faculty in the clinical phase of their studies in its divisions and departments at all scientific levels and in training halls Specialized in ensuring the promotion of their expertise, training and experience. The hospital is committed to issuing training certificates approved by all departments of the Authority.

In addition, Al Zahrawi Hospital is appointed as the general supervisor for training affairs. It is responsible for distributing the students to the hospital and its departments and circulating them among the different people and supervising the entire training process in order to ensure maximum benefit for the students.

Each of the two teams can benefit from the scientific and academic capabilities available to the other team in order to participate in the educational seminars in providing expertise and advice. The University undertakes to contribute in training the medical staff in the hospital and developing their scientific expertise in line with the development of education so that the participation of these cadres in all educational courses Is a guaranteed automatic participation for anyone who wants to be shared by the hospital management.

The term of this agreement shall be one clinical training year beginning and ending with a certified letter from the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine following the signing of this agreement. The agreement shall be in effect from the first day of admission of the students to the hospital.
