A meeting was held for the fourth and fifth year students at the Faculty of Dentistry with the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Osama Ibrahim and the President of the University, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Sheikh Issa, at the temporary college premises on 25/10/2014.

The beginning was a welcome speech by the President of the University and the students by the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry Prof. Dr. Osama Ibrahim thanked him for his interest in attending this meeting with the beginning of the new academic year 2014-2015

This was followed by the speech of the President of the University, which he started by thanking the teaching staff for their efforts and their interest in the educational process. Abdul Razzaq Sheikh Issa that the Syrian University is distinguished by its great name, which includes Syria with all its components and we all honor "to be Syrians, and the President of the University welcomed all our Arab students dear guests of Syria.

He also urged students to be diligent in attending lectures and practical lectures, and also to speak about the national exam and its importance. If the student does not achieve 85% attendance, he will not be able to apply for the national exam.

In order to promote scientific excellence, the university president promised outstanding students a special honor.

On the basis of the keenness of the University administration on the interest of the student and on the importance of scientific training, Prof. Osama Ibrahim announced the opening of a new center for training clinics.

Then the president of the university and the dean of the college listened to the students' interventions and suggestions and to the members of the educational body and promised to take the necessary action at the university and the university as a whole. He stressed that the Deanship is ready to provide all scientific, cultural and service support to the student. "One Hand We Work Together" to achieve excellence and progress for our own Syrian university.
