All graduates students interested in participation in graduation festival held by the university at 17:00, Saturday 29/08/2015 in Al-Assad House for Culture and Arts (Opera House),are requested to be:

1 Present in hall (11), the martyr Basel Al Assad institute (Laïque School), in any time between 09:00 until 16:00 on:

Saturday 22/8/2015

Sunday 23/8/2015

Monday 23/8/2015

for taking photos in graduation gowns and receiving festival invitations cards.

2 Present in hall (11), the martyr Basel Al Assad institute (Laïque School), between:

14:00 and 18:00, Wednesday 26/8/2015, or 09:00 and 16:00, Thursday 27/8/2015, for receiving.

3 present in Opera House at 10:30, Saturday 29/8/2015for rehearsal, which will last until the performance. It worth mentioning that presence is obligatory.

Important remarks:

1 Guests are kindly asked to dress formally.

2 Presence should be before the festival start with the invitation cards.
