Abstract

Mobile WiMAX is a candidate for 4G wireless technology with high data transfer rates and rich multimedia services. The IEEE 802.16e-005 mobile WiMAX system is based on the OFDMA principle, which in turn effectively invests bandwidth by dividing the channel and providing choice of frequencies in frequency and frequency. IMAX also offers a rich set of features with flexibility for application and service options. It supports adaptive modulation, adaptive technologies and multi-antenna technologies. We also support DDT split and time division TDD. This research provides an explanation of the steps to consider for network planning , WiMAX, where we provide an explanation of the WiMAX.Calc Tool, which contains algorithms for calculating link balancing, propagation model analysis and capacity analysis to estimate the number of base stations required to meet coverage and capacity requirements. The planning tool allows us to study the impact of some determinants in the iMAX system on planning results. The results obtained are promising and, if integrated with a pilot field, these results can be developed
