يتضمن المقرر:

1. أمراض النساء:

تتضمن لمحة تشريحية جنينية عن الجهاز التناسلي والدورة الطمثية ، الشذوذات الخلقية والآفات السليمة في الجهاز التناسلي، الألم الحوضي ،التهابات الفرج والمهبل ،وخلل الوظيفة البولية التناسلية،الحمل الهاجر،الاندومتريوز والادينوميوز، وسائل تنظيم الأسرة ،العمليات النسائية ، البلوغ وشذوذات التطور البلوغي،انقطاع الطمث، النزف الرحمي الوظيفي والشاذ،العقم وطرق الاخصاب المساعد،سن الضهي،الاضطرابات المرافقة للطمث، السرطانات النسائية ومبادئ المعالجة السرطانية،وأخيرا تنشؤات الطبقة المغذية الحملية.

2. التدريب السريري :

يتم فيه التركيز على الاستجواب والفحص السريري النسائي،تشخيص واستقصاء وعلاج والأمراض النسائية،الاطلاع على العمليات النسائية.

3. الهدف :

الغايات العامة General Aims

في المرحلة الجامعية يكون التركيز الأساسي على المهٍارات السريرية والكفاءات المتعلقة بالأمراض النىسائية الشائعة والإسعافية

· اكساب الطالب مهارة مقاربة المريضة النسائية، واكسابه مهارة التشخيص والعلاج ،وعند الضرورة الاحالة الى المراكز المختصة .

· اكساب الطالب مهارة تدبير الاختلاطات النسائية الشائعة.

The course includes:

1. Gynecology:

include an overview of anatomy and embryology of the reproductive system and Menstrual cycle, Congenital Anomalies and Benign Conditions of the Vulva and Vagina ,Congenital Anomalies and Benign Conditions of the Uterine Corpus and Cervix,Congenital Anomalies and Benign Conditions of the Ovaries and Fallopian Tubes, Pelvic Pain, Vulvovaginitis, Genitourinary Dysfunction , Ectopic Pregnancy, Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, Family Planning, Sexuality and Female Sexual Dysfunction, Family and Intimate Partner Violence, Breast Disease, Gynecologic Procedures, Puberty and Disorders of Pubertal Development, Amenorrhea ,Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding, Infertility and Assisted Reproductive Technologies, Climacteric, Menstrual Cycle, Principles of Cancer Therapy, Cervical Dysplasia and Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Vulvar and Vaginal Cancer, Uterine Corpus Cancer , Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia.

2. Clinical Training:

With a focus on the interrogation and clinical examination of gynecologist women, diagnosis and investigation and treatment of problems related gynecological diseases, access to obstetric and women's operations.

3. Objective:

General Aims:

• providing students with the skill of approach of women, and improves their skills in diagnosis and treatment, and, if necessary, referral to the competent centers.

• give the student skill practice and management of women's common complications.

بعد إنهـاء هذا المقرر بنجـاح، سـيكتسـب الطالب معرفـة وفهمـاً في اساسيات الأمراض النسائية، ويكون قادراً على أن:

· يصف التبدلات التشريحية والفيزيولوجية في جهاز المرأة التناسلي في مختلف مراحل العمر.

· يشرح الالية المرضية ،الوبائيات ،أسباب المرض وكيفية تطوره.

· يصف التظاهرات السريرية للأمراض النسائية الشائعة، التشخيص،الكشف المبكر والاختلاطات .

· يصف التطور الجنسي الطبيعي والبلوغ الطبيعي والباكر عند الإناث .

· يميز الدورة الطمثية الطبيعية واضطراباتها .

· يصنف الحالات المرضية في مجموعات ويقارن بينها.

· يساهم في برامج الكشف المبكر عن السرطانات النسائية ويشرح حساسية ونوعية وسائل المسح.

· يشرح اضطرابات الحمل الباكرة كالإسقاط والحمل الهاجر والرحى العدارية.

· يشخص حالات العقم بأسبابها المختلفة وطرق معالجتها.

· يشارك في تنظيم الاسرة،ويذكر استطبابات موانع الحمل بأشكالها المختلفة ومضادات استعمالها.

· يصف أعراض وعلامات السرطانات النسائية.

· يصف أعراض وعلامات الانتانات التناسلية.

· يصف أعراض وعلامات الأمراض البولية والتناسلية عند النساء.

· يصف أعراض وعلامات سن الإياس والأمراض المتعلقة به.

· يحدد المبادئ الرئيسية في تدبير الامراض النسائية الشائعة والمهددة للحياة والمتابعة والاحالة وإعادة التأهيل .

· يصف المبادئ الأخلاقية والقانونية للممارسة النسائبة والجوانب الطبية والأخطاء الشرعية.

· يضمن ا لخصوصية والسرية للمريضة.

After finishing this course successfully, the student will gain knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of Gynecological diseases, and be able to:

· Describes the anatomical and physiological changes in the reproductive system of women in various stages of life.

· Explains the mechanism pathogenesis, epidemiology, causes of the disease and how its development.

· Describes the clinical demonstrations of common women's diseases, diagnosis, early detection and complications.

· Describes the sexual development and normal and early puberty in females.

· Distinguishes the menstrual cycle and its disturbances.

· Classifies pathological cases in groups and compares them.

· Contributes to the early detection of women's cancers programs and explains the sensitivity and specificity of the means of scanning.

· Explains disturbances of early pregnancy and ectopic and molar hydatid disorders.

· Diagnose cases of infertility and its various causes and the methods of treatment.

· Participates in the organization of the family, and the indications of contraceptives in its various forms and contraindications.

· Describes the signs and symptoms of women's cancers.

· Describes the signs and symptoms of genital infections.

· Describes the signs and symptoms of urinary and reproductive diseases in women.

· Describes the signs and symptoms of menopause and related diseases.

· Identifies key principles in managing common and life-threatening and follow-up, referral and rehabilitation of women's diseases.

· Describes the ethical and legal principles to the practice of gynecology and medical aspects and legal errors.

· Ensures a privacy and confidentiality for the patient.

· أن يحلل معطيات القصة السريرية والفحص السريري
ونتائج الفحوص المخبرية والشعاعية ويضع التشخيص السريري الأولي والتشخيص التفريقي وبهدف حل المشاكل النسائية السريرية الأساسية والأكثر شيوعا.

· أن يناقش كل حالة نسائية على حدة واستنتاج التدبير الاكثر ملائمة لكل مريضة من بين خيارات متعددة.

· أن ينظيم المعلومات ويدققها ويقيمها.

· التعرف على المشكلات الصحية النسائية في المجتمع وايجاد الحلول المناسبة لها .

· التخطيط المستقبلي لانقاص نسب الوفيات والمراضة الوالدية والكشف المبكر عن السرطان وتنظيم الاسرة.

· أن يقيم كفاءة المعالجات المختلفة من حيث الكلفة المادية.

· اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة أثناء ممارسة النسائية .

· تطبيق التفكير المستند على الدليل والبرهان.

After completion of this course successfully, the student will be able to:

· To analyze the data of clinical history and clinical examination and the results of laboratory tests and radiographs and puts the initial clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis and in order to solve the basic problems of women and the most common clinical.

· Should discuss each case individually and conclude the most appropriate measure for each patient from among multiple options.

· Organizes the information and evaluates them.

· Identify the women's health problems in the community and find appropriate solutions.

· Future planning to lose mortality rates and morbidity parenting and early detection of cancer and family planning.

· To evaluate the efficiency of the different treatments in terms of material cost.

· Take appropriate decisions during the women's practice.

· Apply document on evidence and proof thinking.

بعد إنهـاء هذا المقرر بنجـاح، سيكون الطالب قادراً على:

After going through this course, student should be able to:

· اخذ قصة سريرية مفصلة من المريضة النسائية أو الحامل أو الماخض وتسجيل وتوثيق البيانات.

· اجراء فحص سريري عام ونسائي في مختلف الأعمار إضافة إلى فحص المرأة الحامل والماخض والنفساء.

o القيام بجميع المهارات العملية الأساسية في التوليد والنسائية ومنها :

o اجراء لطاخة بابانيكولاو من عنق الرحم .

o تركيب لولب داخل الرحم.

o وضع قسطرة بولية مفرغة أو دائمة (فولي)عند المرأة.

o القيام بولادة طبيعية مع توليد المشيمة.

o فحص المشيمة بعد الولادة.

o المساعدة في اجراء الولادة القيصرية.

o اجراء خزع فرج واقي وخياطته.

o اجراء القياسات الجنينية بفائق الصوت.

· قراءة نتائج الاستقصاءات المخبرية والشعاعية بشكل صحيح وربطها مع القصة السريرية والفحص السريري .

· تقديم التدابير الإسعافية الأولية ومهارات الانعاش .

· وضع خطة تدبير كاملة للمريضة .

· كتابة وصفة طبية أمنة ومناسبة لجميع الحالات الشائعة .

· تقديم الرعاية الطبية للحامل وتنظيم الأسرة.

· إجراء الاستشارة الطبية اللازمة.

· اخذ الموافقة الطبية المستنيرة من المريضة أو ذويها عند الضرورة .

· تحديد الحالات الواجب إحالتها للمراكز التخصصية .

· Take detailed clinical story of the patient, record and document data.

· Perform a general clinical and gynecologic examination at different ages in addition to the examination of the pregnant, laboring and postpartum women.

· Do all the basic practical skills in obstetrics and gynecology, including:

o A Papanicolaou smear of the cervix.

o Adjusting IUDS.

o Put a vicious or permanent urinary catheter (Foley) in women.

o Do a normal vaginal birth of the baby and placenta.

o Examination of the placenta after birth.

o Assist in a caesarean section.

o Do and suture a perineal incision.

o Do a fetal ultrasound measurement.

· Read the results of surveys laboratory and radiology correctly and connect them with the clinical history and clinical examination.

· Provide initial emergency measures and recovery skills.

· Establish a complete management plan for the patient.

· Writing a prescription safe and suitable for all common situations.

· Provide medical care for pregnant women and family planning.

· Conduct the necessary medical advice.

· Taking medical informed consent of the patient or their relatives if necessary.

· Identification of cases to be forwarded to the specialized centers.
