2) Crouse abstract & General Goals

يهدف مقرر علم المناعة إلى تعريف الطالب بجهاز المناعة و أنواع الخلايا المناعية و توضعها التشريحي إضافة إلى عناصر جهاز المناعة الأخرى و التي تمهد لشرح أنماط الاستجابة المناعية المختلفة إضافة إلى تمييز الطالب للاستجابة المناعية بأنواعها البدئية و المكتسبة و الخلطية و الخلوية مع التأكيد على حالات خاصة من رد الفعل المناعي ، مما يفيد الطالب في فهم آليات مرضية عديدة .

This course aims to introduce the immune system to the students, including types of immune cells and their localization as well as other components of the immune system, which explain the different types of immune reaction. Moreover, it can help the student to distinguish the different aspects of immune reaction such as innate, adaptive, humoral and cellular immunity, which explain several pathophysiology mechanisms of several diseases.
