Abstract:

Despite significant advances in surgery, the choice of the appropriate method for treating complete rectal prolapse is still controversial given the lack of incidence, which is why there is no broad randomized study that confirms superiority of one method over another.The highlight of surgery is rarely mentioned in medical literature, a process that has provided you with Sudeck's operation (1922) and the modifications you have made, it is carried out across the abdomen and has the advantage that it deals with the repair of more than one side of the decline Rectum in adults and with very encouraging results.
