Description

This course has interested a lot of subjectes  , which considered the base of enhanced oil recovery ( third production methods) for increasing oil recovery factor. At first ,the course deals with reasons of the formations pollution , decreasing productivity and it,s improving by using diferente methods.Then, the course deals technological methods for  improving oil recovery factor such as : CO₂ injection – thermal methods- injection of the polymer solutions and bacterial method.

1-    …Provide the student with basic information’s to identify the causes of pollution of productive formation and decrease its productivity.

2-     Introducing the student to the Processes of acidification and hydraulic fracture in order to improve the permeability of formation.

3-    … Introducing the student to co₂  injection technology in order to increase the oil recovery factor.

4-    … Introducing the student to thermal methods in order to increase the oil recovery factor.

5-    … Introducing the student to chemical methods in order to increase the oil recovery factor.
