General Information

Description

Presenting an integrative vision concerning the organization of body systems that work together in perfect harmony to stabilize the internal environment despite the brutal changes occurring in the surrounding factors. Studying factors that influence the function of the body systems as well as their mechanisms of interaction. Providing a detailed description of the different organs in Human body and their physiological functioning under normal and non-pathological conditions, with some examples of the common pathological cases.

Expectations and Goals

1-          understanding the main physiological concepts

2-          preparing students to the related pharmacology courses

3-          expanding the horizons of student’s scientific knowledge

4-          adopting the scientific discussion method 

5-          elevating the scientific level of students and encouraging the methods of scientific expression
