Mission & Objectives

The Research Portal is an academic electronic platform that aims to organize, manage, and support research activities at the Syrian Private University by providing an integrated framework that includes research outputs, a researchers’ database, approved guidelines and policies, as well as mechanisms for publication and communication.

The portal seeks to support and develop the research ecosystem within the University by empowering researchers and students, promoting adherence to academic standards and research ethics, contributing to the enhancement of research quality and outcomes, encouraging applied research, and promoting scientific publication in peer-reviewed and indexed journals. In addition, it facilitates the documentation and organization of research outputs and supports research collaboration and communication at both the institutional and academic levels.

Furthermore, the Research Portal is committed to providing a unified academic reference that facilitates access to research information and resources, supports evidence-based and methodologically sound research decision-making, enhances transparency and organization in research management, and aligns research efforts with the University’s strategic priorities. This integration contributes to strengthening the link between education, research, and community service, and enhances the University’s scientific presence at both the national and international levels.
