Abstract

Despite the development of technological and technical methods to produce, collect, process and transport heavy crude oil, the oil industry is still facing? And seriously many of the difficulties and problems that are closely related to the properties of the Japanese Alnvut]. These problems and difficulties are especially noticeable when dealing with these oils due to their high wife and high content of paraffin and asphalt, and possessing high effluent and non-nitrogenous levels. This is accompanied by an obstruction of flow or even a complete cessation of the pumping process, Below the point of influx]. As it is known, as the production progresses, the proportion of water produced with oil gradually increases, thus providing the suitable conditions for the formation of oil emulsions with water. The mixing of the aqueous compounds causes the presence of the emulsifying substances already present in the heavy oils. Emulsified oil emulsions are either direct emulsions of water (O / W or emulsions of water type in the oil) and have different properties, which is positively or negatively reflected on the crude properties of the oil. In addition, the emulsions formed will require processes Special treatment in collection and separation plants, in order to break emulsions and remove crude oil from water, either by using chemical additives (emulsifying fraction), which works to dissolve the emulsions into components or by using physical effects that help to disassemble.
