A delegation from the Ministry of Higher Education headed by Dr. Sahar Al-Fahoum, Deputy Minister for Scientific Research Affairs visited the Syrian Private University on Wednesday 3/25-2020 to check the preventive and precautionary measures that the university is undertaking in light of the current circumstances, where it was received by the Vice-President of the University, Prof. Muhammad Riyad Al-Ghazi, the director of the university hospital, Dr. Behas Al-Waqaf, the dean of the faculty of medicine, Prof. Nizar Al-Daher, a group of members of the educational staff in the Faculty of Medicine, head of the Student Union Branch, Waseem Gherzeldin, and a group of students, where Dr. Sahar Al-Fahoum toured the medical center at the university hospital and checked the preventive and precautionary measures taken by the university.  it is reported that the university has allocated a medical center to provide various medical and emergency services to all students and workers at the university, as well as to form a special committee to determine the procedures that must be taken in light of the current circumstances and that aims to improve health protection in all University buildings and facilities.
