The Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering, in cooperation with the National Union of Syrian Students, organized a scientific visit to Syriatel company on Sunday 30/7/2017. Prof. Ahmed Al-Najjar, Vice Dean of the College, Prof. Bassem Qusayba, Head of Software Engineering, and Mr. Hummam Homsi, Director of Marketing and Public Relations accompanied the students in this visit. During the visit, the students specialized in software engineering and communication engineering were introduced to the job opportunities available to them in the company's departments and to the qualifications required for the work. They also listened to full explanations about the function of each of these departments as well as the mechanisms of work. In addition, students were introduced to the most important techniques and programs used, and some of them, those interested in getting a job or an employment opportunity at the company, were interviewed in the recruitment department at the Human Resources Directorate. At the end of the visit, it was agreed to provide a range of training and employment opportunities for the university students and graduates.
