The Syrian Private University, represented by its President, Prof. Nazeer Ibrahim, signed an agreement of scientific and academic cooperation with the Surgical Kidney Hospital represented by the General Manager Dr. Rania Al-Dirani. The agreement was signed in the office of presidency of SPU on Monday 25/9/2017 in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, his deputies and some faculty members.

The two parties agreed on training students in the clinical phase of their studies in the hospital and its departments and in specialized training halls where everything is provided to achieve the task of training the students in order to raise their level and provide them with the necessary experience and training. Also, they agreed on appointing a general supervisor to check the training affairs and observe students’ attendance.

The duration of the agreement is one clinical training year that will be renewable in case of common desire.

It is worth noting that this agreement is of great importance in the development of clinical training for students of the Faculty of Medicine, which has been in advanced positions in higher education in recent years.
