Announcement

The rules and method of payment of university fees for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year, as follows:

o    The student shall pay the minimum payment at the time of enrolment in one of the faculties of the university (enrolment advance) as follows:

 

 

 

 

The advance payment includes:

 

Admission fee and enrolment fee for the first semester, and the value of 12 hours of credit hours for the second semester and the health insurance fee.

 

 

o    Students complete the payment of the remaining fees as a result of the enrolment   in the first semester courses before the end of the official working hours on Thursday, 02/05/2019.

 

 

o    The delay penalties for the remaining unpaid amounts as of 04/05/2019 shall be calculated at a rate of 5% of the unpaid balance. The penalties shall be placed in a special fund called the Student Fund, which shall be administered by the University Council and shall be spent on matters pertaining to the students.

 

Dropping out of the University:

In case the student submits a request to withdraw from the university, the following financial regulations shall apply to him according to the date of submission of the application regardless of the date of enrolment  :

 

o    Students are required to pay the enrolment   fees (admission) of 95,000 SP for Syrian diplomas and 125,000 SP for non-Syrian diplomas if they apply to drop out before the beginning of university semester , i.e. before 09/02/2019.

·          Students are required to pay the enrolment   fee and the quarterly enrolment   fee, which is / 185,000 SP for Syrian diplomas  and / 225,000 / SP for non-Syrian diplomas if he/she submits his application during the first week of University semester (the week of deletion and addition) 2-14 February 2019 .

·          Students are required to pay the enrolment   fee and the quarterly enrolment   fee and to charge 25% of the minimum fees of the registered credit hours (12 hours) if he/she applies to drop out during the second week of the start of University semester i.e. during the period from 16/02/2019 to 21 / 02/2019.

o    Students are required to pay the enrolment  fee, the quarterly enrolment   fee and 50% of the minimum fees of the registered credit hours (12 hours) if he/she submits his/her drop out application during the third week of the start of University semester i.e. during the period from 23/02/2019 to 28/02 / 2019.

o    Students are required to pay the enrolment   fee, the quarterly enrolment   fee and 75% of the minimum fees of the registered credit hours (12 hours) if they apply to drop out during the fourth week of the start of University semester  i.e. during the period from 02/03/2019 to 07 / 03/2019.

o    Students are required to pay the enrolment   fee and the quarterly enrolment   fee and  100% of the minimum fees for the registered credit hours (12 hours) if they apply to drop out after the end of the fourth week of the academic calendar starting from 09/03/2019.
